EXCLUSIVE! New Money Drama For DMX: Agency Attempts to Seize 242k Debt
However , the company is still on the hunt for their 242k DMX owes them.
Then earlier this month, they filed suit against Universal Attractions – who book DMX’s performances – in an attempt to collect on their judgement.
According to the docs filed in NY Court, AD discovered that the booking agency has 57k on the books for performance done by DMX. They are demanding that the agency hand over the cash and not pay DMX. They filed suit asking for a court order forcing the booking agency to give them the 57k.
What’s more? AD has also filed all the contracts for upcoming concerts that DMX has scheduled — he is to perform at the Waterfront Festival Grounds in August for 20k, then at the Arie Crown Theatre for 20k and then at Sam Houston Park for 22k.
