[Exclusive] Patti LaBelle Demands Man Suing Her To Undergo 8 Hour Psych Exam

LaBelle is counter-suing claiming that King was drunk and started the fight by cursing at her and throwing racial slurs. King was found not guilty of assault by a Texas jury last year.

The case is still being fought in federal court and LaBelle has filed docs this week in which she wants King to undergo a 8 hour neuro-pyschological examination to see if he was telling the truth about all his alleged symptoms he claims she caused.

The singer explains that King is claiming to have suffered emotional distress and post traumatic stress along with now having memory loss, headaches, depression and anxiety all caused by the alleged assault and he is claiming all of this has resulted in him not being able to graduate his 1st year at West Point.

King fired back objecting to the test saying it was absurd that LaBelle wanted him to undergo over 33 separate tests over 8 hours. However, earlier this month the judge in the case granted LaBelle’s request and ordered King to undergo the examination.
