[UPDATE] Nick Gordon Says He Was Wrongly Arrested + Bobby Shmurda Quietly Arrested For Gun Possession

When cops arrived on scene, we’re told they discovered Nick was driving on a suspended license and cops felt Gordon’s behavior gave them probable cause to arrest him for DUI.

We’re told police did not conduct a breathalyzer test, but they are seeking a warrant for a blood test.

Nick, nor Bobbi Kristina have yet to respond.

And in other news, earlier this summer Bobby Shmurda (real name Ackquille Pollard), known for his popular “Shmoney Dance”, was arrested for having a loaded weapon. According to The Post, the 20-year-old Brooklyn rapper was booked with a 9mm Glock pistol when cops spotted him showing off the weapon in a Brownsville apartment on June 3. Reportedly, he was charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon, which can bring up to 15 years in prison. Shmurda is free on $10,000 bail.
