Awkward Much? Ciara Becomes Vitalii Sediuk’s Latest Red Carpet Victim … Nice Thong

Ciara didn’t seem to mind — she politely snapped photos with him and kept it movin’.

If Vitalii’s name sounds familiar, it’s because of his most recent prank. Last week, Vitalli ambushed Kim Kardashian, attempting to pull her to the ground, at the Balmain show (also during PFW). Fortunately, that attempt was unsuccessful. However, in 2012, Vitalli kissed Will Smith during a premiere. That (click here) didn’t end so well. P.S. Should authorities intervene in cases like this or is Vitalli harmless?
