[EXCLUSIVE] Dwyane Wade’s Lawyer Blasts His Ex-Wife In Legal Battle
Unfortunately, the plot seems to have thickened with the ongoing drama surrounding Dwyane Wade and his ex-wife, Siohvaughn Funches-Wade. The newly married NBA baller’s ex-wife committed child abduction and deserved to be arrested back in 2012 — so says the NBA stars legal team in newly filed court docs, exclusively reported by theJasmineBRAND.com.
D.Wade’s ex-wife filed suit against her ex-husband’s legal team along with Chicago-area police for damages — accusing them of all conspiring to get her thrown in jail for kidnapping.
She claimed in her federal lawsuit that during her 2012 arrest for child abduction and unlawful visitation with the two children she shares with Wade — police called her and a friend “b*tches” and accused ex-cop Timothy Baldermann of pretending to be the “Chief of the Chicago Ridge Police Department” at the scene of the arrest. Further, she said that cops “wrenched her arm and tore her rotator cuff.”
