[EXCLUSIVE] Goodie Mob’s Khujo Pleads With Judge to Help Him Pay Massive Medical Bills
In September, SunTrust bank filed docs in the bankruptcy pleading with the federal court to allow them to proceed with foreclosure on the rapper’s Georgia home. SunTrust explains that Khujo took out a $180K mortgage with them back in 2004 in connection with the purchase of a home in Stockbridge, Georgia. They claimed the rapper owed a total of $206,837.87 on the home. SunTrust is requesting that the court allow them to foreclose on the Georgia home.
On October 7th, Khujo filed docs in the case pleading with the bankruptcy court to allow him to retain his 2012 tax return in the amount of $4,486 and his 2013 tax returns in the amount of $2,893 — to pay off medical bills that he incurred due to complications from his surgery.
According to the medical bills attached to the motion, Khujo owes a total of $25,540.77 for everything from surgery supplies, lab work, pharmacy costs, room and board and physical therapy. The judge has yet to make a decision on the rappers motion.
