(EXCLUSIVE) Tom Cruise’s Bodyguard, Sean Rinngold, Sues Tabloid Over Story Claiming He Was Charged With Rape

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ former bodyguard has filed a federal lawsuit against a tabloid, claiming they attempted to ruin the actors rep by defaming him and he is demanding damages for what they did to his reputation.

theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports former celebrity bodyguard Sean Rinngold filed suit against Radar Online claiming they published an article on November 11th 2013 which states “Bodyguard-To-The-Stars & Soap Star Sean Ringgold Grand Jury Rape Investigation“.

Reportedly, Rinngold (who has worked as a bodyguard for Queen Latifah, LL Cool J, etc.)  says that the tabloid knew that the statements in their article were untrue and even linked him to his past employers such as Tom and Katie to bring in readers to the article.
