(EXCLUSIVE) Birdman Saves Miami Condo From Foreclosure
Then on January 6th, The Ivy Condominium filed docs in the legal battle explaining they are voluntarily dismissing the lawsuit against Birdman. It’s likely that the rapper paid the $13k debt he owed them. The case was closed the same day.
Birdman has had his share of financial issues recently, having been hit with a federal tax lien accusing him of owing over $1.9 million to the IRS and also being hit with a $1 million dollar lien by Zankey Construction Company over unpaid work they did on the mega-mansion. See the exclusive docs.
