(EXCLUSIVE) Kanye West Settles $150K Legal Battle With Photog Over Stolen Art Work Claims
Kanye fired back at the legal battle last year denying all allegations that he did anything improper. He said that the mixtape didn’t bring him any profits and thus the photographer cannot sue him for damages. He also claimed that he didn’t knowingly infringe on any copyright that Gammacurta had.
Then on January 8th, docs were filed in the lawsuit that stated both Ye and the photographer have reached an agreement to dismiss the case. The terms of the deal are confidential and the case was closed the same day. See the exclusive court docs.
