While Solange lives in New Orleans, Jay and Beyonce were attempting to purchase an expensive Beverly Hills mansion that costs almost $70 million. According to TMZ, the couple lost the home to former Minecraft mastermind Markus Persson.

We’re told that Tina Knowles — who we spotted in Beverly Hills recently — has a place in LA and both families (Carters and Knowles) have close family and friends in the area. Kelly Rowland and her husband also reside in LA.
