(UPDATE) NFL’er Dez Bryant Fearful Rumored Video Will Ruin His Career
over the video. Unfortunately Bryant’s team won’t be able to stop the tape from getting out to the public. Of course Cowboys COO Stephen Jones denies knowledge of such a video. This is going to be a game changer for the Cowboys future.
Larry Brown Sports reports:
While we have no idea if the footage actually exists or is a complete fabrication, we do know that a report from several months ago indicated that the Cowboys are concerned about Bryant’s off-field behavior. The team also had special rules they required him to follow off the field as of last year.
Bryant has hinted of the video, writing on Twitter (and later deleting):
I need to get me a real raw uncut tv show or something … I can’t continue to get betrayed like this.

Update #2
According to Yahoo Sports, in 2011, Bryant was questioned by police at the scene of an incident in which a witness reported that his girlfriend was dragged by an unidentified man across a Texas Walmart parking lot. The 2011 report was released this week by police. Neither Bryant or the Cowboys have commented on the report. The site reports:
In the 2011 incident in Texas, a Walmart security guard told police a person reported to him that a black man dragged Bryant’s girlfriend Ilyne Nash from a white Mercedes, which was registered to Bryant, and across the parking lot. The police report did not make clear whether or not Bryant was the man who dragged Nash. The car was found empty, with a door ajar and a child’s toy on the ground, the report said. The officer who was sent to the scene at 6:08 a.m. following the incident talked to two men in a Cadillac Escalade, also registered to Bryant, the report said. They said they received a call from Nash to pick up the Mercedes, the report said. The police report said that while the officer was investigating the incident a white Bentley carrying Bryant and Nash arrived in the parking lot, and Nash then told the officer she had gotten into an argument in the parking lot with a man other than Bryant.
According to TMZ, Bryant was also involved in a physical incident involving him and his mother. Reportedly, Bryant’s mother told police that the NFL star roughed her up, threatened her and ripped her shirt. He was arrested for assault following the incident, but the charge was eventually dropped when Bryant cut a deal with prosecutors — which required the NFL star to stay out of trouble for the following year (he did).
