50 Cent Headed to Court After Posting Naked Video of Rick Ross’ Baby Mama
So how did 50 get his hands on footage/images of Lastonia? According to court docs, Murray gave 50 the tape in 2009 after 50 recognized Leviston was a former girlfriend of the Rick Ross, who he happened to be beefing with at the time.
Before posting the footage, 50 edited it, inserting himself into it. He blurred Murray’s face but not Leviston’s and she says the mental and emotional distress almost caused her to commit suicide.
Jury selection will start May 26. The trial is expected to last two weeks. [New York Daily News]
