(EXCLUSIVE) NBA Star Michael Beasley Demands Lawsuit Accusing Him of Rape Be Thrown Out!
She explained in her lawsuit that she suffered physical injuries to her genitals and anus and she filed the legal battle demanding 25 million in damages. The local law enforcement investigated the woman’s claims but eventually dismissed the case saying they found no evidence of sexual assault.
Then on May 7th, Beasley fired back at the legal battle and demanded the entire case be thrown out. He explains the woman has no case for many reasons. The NBA star explains that the woman waited way too long to file the lawsuit and her claims of false imprisonment are barred by the statue of limitations.
Further, he says that she never served him with the court documents properly. He states that she served his sports agent but legally that doesn’t count as proper service. Beasley also says that she waited almost 2 years after the alleged incident to file the lawsuit and has shown no urgency to follow the courts order on having him served.
Beasley is demanding the entire case be thrown out and the woman not awarded a dime of the 25 million.
