David Justice Wants Halle Berry To Tell the Truth: I didn’t hit her. [VIDEO]

Following years of rumors that he hit legendary actress Halle Berry, her ex husband David Justice is pleading with her to tell the truth. In an interview with Inside Edition, he says:

I’m telling everybody I didn’t do it. You know I didn’t do it.

The former baseball player, who is now 49, says that the rumor that he physically beat Halle, causing her to suffer ear damage, has haunted him for years. While Halle has never said which ex it was, some assumed that it was David, who was once married to the actress.

He states,

People would say, ‘yeah, I heard it was David Justice’.

Last November, after reports were released that Halle split from her husband Olivier Martinez, David unleashed a series of tweets about the actress writing:

She could’ve squashed [the rumors] at that time. I have 3 kids and a wife for 15 years. It was important that my kids knew that their dad didn’t do [it].

David says,

If it was me, then say it. Say it. But she can’t say it because she knows it wasn’t. So she’d rather not say it and just let you go ahead and believe it. It would’ve been cool if you had come out a long time ago and let people know it wasn’t me. That would’ve been cool. But you didn’t do it.

Halle has yet to comment.
