Fresh off of a break-up, Karrine Steffans is channeling her energy toward work.

As you know, the outspoken author recently split with actor Columbus Short. However, both parties seem to have thrown up the deuces and move forward with their own lives. This week, Karrine updated fans, sharing that she’s working on a documentary, TV series and has plans to take her talents to radio. She writes:

Happy Tuesday! I wanted to pop in and say hello. I’m not posting too many personal photos these days because I’m really just chained to my desk working on several new projects. You’ve seen my @xojanedotcom #articles and thanks for reading! Click the link in my BIO for the latest. For those who have been asking, yes, there is a new #book in the works! I can’t make any official announcements yet, but I’ll tell you all about it as soon as I can. What else am I working on? Well, a #documentary, #scripted TV version of Confessions, and a little something for #radio.

There’s so much happening and it’s amazing how quickly the blessings flow after removing dark energy from your life. No more screaming, berating, and intimidation. No more crying, pleading, and fighting to help someone else. Now, I’m giving all my energy to me. I look forward to writing about my recent experiences and how I overcame all the pain abuse and addiction causes. I think it’s a testimony so many people can relate to and learn from. In the meantime, I’ve gotta get back to work, a luxury not everyone has. Be well.
