Keshia Knight Pulliam Withdraws Motion For Contempt Against Ed Hartwell
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Keshia Knight Pulliam has returned to court in her divorce battle with soon-to-be ex-husband & ex-NFL star Ed Hartwell to inform the court she no longer wants her estranged husband to be found in contempt of court over his refusal to pay her money he promised.
Here’s the latest: On September 19th, Pulliam returned to Georgia Court in her nasty divorce battle and informed the court she is withdrawing her motion to find Hartwell in contempt. Based on the docs, it appears that the former NFL star decided to finally cut the check for the money he promised to pay her. It appears the two are working out their issues but, the divorce case is still proceeding in Fulton County Court.
Here’s the backstory: Pulliam filed docs earlier this month accusing her estranged husband of screwing her over on a agreement they reached following him filing
for divorce.
The actress filed a motion for contempt on September 2nd, in which she explained Hartwell agreed to pay her an unspecified amount per their deal. However, the actress said despite her numerous attempts to collect on the money from her soon-to-be ex-husband, he refused to write the check. The amount of the payment is confidential per the terms of their agreement.
The actress demanded the judge order Hartwell to pay her the money and if he doesn’t to sanction him for being in contempt of the deal they both signed.
