Barack & Michelle Obama Lunch In NYC With Bono

On Friday, Barack and Michelle Obama were spotted having lunch in NYC, with Bono.

The former president and first lady dined with the U2 frontman at Stephen Starr’s Upland restaurant.

A few videos were posted by diners showing Obama leaving the restaurant smiling and waving. See the clip.

A source says,

Secret Service was everywhere, so the whole restaurant knew who was there. There was an air of excitement. When he came up the stairs on his way out, the entire restaurant stood up from their chairs and cheered for him. Ex-school chancellor Joel Klein was coincidentally there dining and Barack went over and shook his hand.
