Usher Refuses To Settle With Alleged Victims In STD Lawsuit

Usher Won’t Settle

According to a report, Usher has no plans to settle with any of the people who are suing him for allegedly exposing them to the herpes virus. Sources close to the singer claim that there have been no settlement talks and he has no interest in making the claims go away in return for cutting a check.

As previously reported, three women and 1 man are suing Usher. All allege that they had sexual contact and he didn’t inform them he allegedly had an STD. To date, only one woman’s identity has been revealed. Usher, nor his team, have yet to release a statement.

The singer has maintained a relatively low profile, but was recently spotted in West Hollywood with producer Jermaine Dupri. We’re told he’s currently working on a new album.
