EXCLUSIVE: Producer Detail – Not Only Skips Lawsuit Against Drake – But Sued For Eviction By Landlord
A music producer who is suing Drake for an altercation that he says left him seriously injured is facing another legal battle. Detail’s (real name Noel Fisher) landlord has taken legal matters, suing to evict him from his property.
Last month, Detail’s landlord Mike Massondnia filed legal documents against him stating that he failed to pay rent for several months at his Santa Clarita home.
Detail’s rent was $6,500 a month for the 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 4,0001 sq. ft. home. The lease was a month-to-month agreement but the landlord says that currently owes $57,250 in rent payments.
The landlord is suing to evict Detail plus the unpaid rent and attorney fees.
This lawsuit, comes amidst a lawsuit that Detail had initially pursued against Drake and his bodyguard Chubbs. Detail claimed that back in 2014, he visited Drake’s home and was physically attacked by Chubbs. He alleged that Chubbs broke his jaw. Drake’s legal team responded to the lawsuit, stating that it was self defense. The case was headed to trial, but was dismissed when Detail failed to show up to court.
