Michelle Williams Fiance Chad Johnson Responds To Rumors He Supports Trump & Blue Lives Matter

It was just last week Michelle Williams and her newly appointed fiance Chad Johnson were in the news for their recent engagement.

After about a year of dating, Johnson popped the question, but as Williams was saying “I Do,” social media was saying, “Not so fast.” A questionable tweet by the Pastor was uncovered recently and has brought his political views into question.

Here’s the backstory: In August 2017, Johnson tweeted,

Authority that does not exist for Liberty is not authority but force.’ @POTUS is seeing that you need others to get a job done!

After the resurfacing his borderline controversial tweet, social media has begun to question his political views, and alleging he is in support of Donald Trump. Social activist and YouTube personality, Tariq Nasheed had the same inquiry about Johnson as many others, and decided to search for himself.

Through some research, Nasheed allegedly discovered Johnson follows Trump, Mike Pence, Melania Trump, Paul Ryan, and Ted Cruz on Twitter. He also allegedly uncovered some of Johnson’s family members (his mom and two projected aunts) were potential Trump supporters, as well. The women are members of Facebook groups such as Blue Lives Matter, Conservative Tradition, and The Anonymous Conservative.

Here’s latest: Since the discovery of Johnson’s alleged tweets, his social media mentions that were once celebratory congratulations have quickly turned into opposing allegations surrounding his political outlooks. On Wednesday, he took to Instagram to clarify the negative commentary around his name with a quote stating,

“‘No soldier gets entangled in civilian pursuits, since his aim is to please the one who enlisted him.’ – 2 Timothy 2:4 ESV”

Along with a caption that wrote,

Yepp she got a SOLDIER!!

He said more, though. He took to his Instagram Story to explain,

Its unfortunate that people can reach their limit in celebrating with others! Then resort to tearing them down in an attempt to taint a moment of rejoicing…Even if they have to create all out lies to justify their attempts to kill the rejoicing!

In a following post, he asserted a previous Instagram post of his own from 2017. The post read,

Hate has an army! Love is recruiting soldiers as we speak! Who’s in?

With a caption that stated,

“LOVE right where you are …… and the one’s around you!!!

To date, Johnson never confirmed or denied his allegiance to Trump. But his new fiance took to Twitter on Tuesday and provided a quote on the comprehension of reading. The tweet read,

There are a number of reading strategies to improve reading comprehension and inferences, including improving one’s vocabulary, critical text analysis (intertextuality, actual events vs. narration of events, etc.) and practicing deep reading.

In a subsequent tweet she pasted,

Reading comprehension is the ability to process text, understand its meaning, and to integrate it with what the reader already knows.

It’s uncertain who Williams is referring to her tweet to, but it is apparently in lieu of the current controversy surrounding her soon-to-be husband.
