LeSean McCoy’s Baby Mama Says He Abused Their Son, Claims He Used Son To Cover Up Role In Home Invasion
Abuse accusations against LeSean McCoy continue to mount up as the mother of his 6-year-old son speaks out.
In July, a friend of LeSean McCoy’s ex, Delicia Cordon, accused McCoy of abusing his son, dog and Delicia. Delicia filed a lawsuit against McCoy last month, reiterating what her friend said online. Now, the mother of LeSean McCoy’s son, LeSean Jr., is backing up these claims.
Stephanie Maisonet claimed in an affidavit filed with the State Court of Fulton County, Ga on Tuesday, that her son “would often come home with bruises in which I would consistently receive outlandish excuses as to where the bruises would come from” after he visited his father. She says she’s filed complaints with child services as well.
Stephanie also implies that McCoy was behind the home invasion that left Cordon severely beaten and claims he tried to use their son as a cover up. She says in her affidavit that McCoy contacted her “directly for the first time in years” and “talked badly about Delicia Cordon and proffered that if I help him with this home invasion, he will concede in our custody case by allowing me to enroll my son in school in Miami.” She went on to say, “I found this to be odd because he has been fighting so hard against that during our custody battle.” Stephanie says that if he were not involved in the home invasion, she wouldn’t see a reason for him to make such an offer to her.
McCoy took to Instagram to denounce the claims, saying that they are “provably false” and are only coming to light due to an upcoming custody case. The statement read:
The allegations made against me today regarding my relationship with my son are provably false, outrageously inaccurate and offensive. I have a loving and close knit relationship with my son. That young boy is my whole life. With a custody case coming up in November, I can see why these false allegations are surfacing.
