Nicki Minaj Reacts To Claims Boyfriend Is An Alleged Convicted Rapist

Nicki Minaj is happy within her new alleged relationship, despite the Internet bashing her for dating a man with a peculiar past. The rapper who recently celebrated a birthday, took to Instagram to entice the discussion around Minaj’s alleged new man, Kenneth “Zoo” Petty, is a Queens native and has been spotted flickin’ it up with the rapper while on her birthday vacation.

Minaj shared a series of photos between her and Zoo while on vacation to Instagram, captioning

Oh they wanna talk? Let’s give’m smthn to talk about

The rapper responded to a fan who wanted to provide some background information on Petty’s checkered past. The user commented on the post,

Wait, y’all calling this man a rapist but it happened in 1994, meaning he was 16 or 17 & the girl was a 16 year old..must’ve been a white girl

Minaj responded to the comment,

He was 15, she was 16….in a relationship. But go awf, Internet. y’all can’t run my life. Y’all can’t even run y’all own life. Thank you boo.

Petty, 40, is being labeled as a rapist for a 1995 conviction, which forced him to register as a Level 2 sex offender in the state of New York. Minaj’s new boyfriend was charged with attempted rape, a crime which was committed in 1994 on a 16-year-old girl. He served 18 to 54 months in prison and was found guilty in April 1995.

Minaj took a jab at the Internet and social media a few days ago when she took to Twitter to speak her mind about social media portraying a “perfect” lifestyle.

No one on social media has ever sinned. They are all perfect. They piss champagne & walk on streets of gold.

Everyone on social media is now a psychic. They not only tell the future, but the past too. They are your judge, jury & executioner. I never meet these perfect ppl in real life tho. They exist only on social media.

Do you think Nicki defending her new man? Let us know in the comments.
