Lebron Shares Touching Basketball Advice With Youngest Son Bryce [VIDEO]
Lebron Shares Touching Advice He Gave His Youngest Son, Bryce
NBA superstar Lebron James is an excellent example of Black fatherhood. An integral part of being a loving father is dishing advice. He shared a touching moment caught on film with his son, Bryce, for his 45 million Instagram followers. Bryce apparently beat himself after his performance in a recent basketball game, and Lebron took the opportunity to encourage him. He told his son:
“Listen. Come sit down real quick. You made three of the biggest plays in the game. You want me to tell you what they were? You get too down on yourself for no reason. You made three of the biggest plays of the game. You got the offensive rebound, right? Down four, you got the offensive rebound. You got the tip-in, right? And then you had the outlet pass to Owen when he got that and-one. And then you got the last swing to him for the game-winner. You know what I’m sayin’? So, like, if you missin’ shots or makin’ shots – don’t worry about it, kid. You played a hell of a game. You ain’t gotta worry about makin’ shots or missin’ shots. Alright? Good job. I’m proud of you. I’m proud of you, man. Alright, go with your team. Bye! Good job!”
Of course, Bryce’s mother, Mrs. Savannah James, had to throw a jab to lighten the mood. She said:
“And you musty!”
Ha! Lebron’s caption read:
“@kingjames After my guy Bryce and his team came back to win a game they had no business winning I had a few words for him going forward. #PayitForward #JamesGang”
Lebron James and his wife Savannah share three children: Lebron “Bronny” James, Jr., 14; Bryce Maximus James, 11; and Zhuri Nova James, 3.
The entire James family has love for the game! Lebron’s junior has built his own reputation for being nice on the basketball court. He even graded his famous dad’s performance in last season’s Cleveland Cavaliers vs Los Angeles Clippers game.
But don’t forget about Baby Zhuri! Lebron James posted a video to his Instagram story for the adorable toddler dunking a ball into a Fisher Price hoop with the caption:
“She got bounce already!”
You got this, Bryce!
