LaLa Anthony Says Kiyan Will Be Her Only Child: “I think I’m done”

“Power” actress/media personality LaLa Anthony may be rocking a baby bump on Instagram for her upcoming Netflix movie, “Holiday Rush,” but she says her shop is closed!

She recently explained that she and her husband, Carmelo Anthony‘s, 12-year-old son, Kiyan Anthony, is the only child she needs.

LaLa said:

“I think I’m done. My son has fulfilled me in every single possible way, so I think I’m done!”

She continued:

“We have a beautiful child together, which is the best gift I could’ve ever gotten from him. We’re good.”

Carmelo and LaLa Anthony started dating in 2007, welcoming Kiyan later that year. The couple exchanged vows with a lavish wedding in 2010. Naturally, Kiyan Anthony is a chip off his father’s block – he loves shooting hoops competitively.

LaLa continued to gush about the budding basketball star:

“[Motherhood] changed my life. My son is my best friend. I live for my son…I just like doing nothing with my son — watching movies, sitting on the couch, sometimes going to eat. For the most part, when you’re always ripping and running with your kids, sometimes doing nothing is like the best.”

LaLa may not have any plans for baby number two, but Carmelo, reportedly, already has another one. A woman in Chicago is rumored to have had a baby girl with the NBA all star – sparking he and LaLa’s year-and-a-half-long split. The couple reconciled in December of last year.
