Nipsey Hussle Suspect Allegedly Pistol Whipped Someone An Hour Before Shooting
It seems that Eric Holder, the man suspected of killing beloved rapper Nipsey Hussle, was on a violent rampage on March 31st. According to reports, the L.A. County DA’s Office has received an account from two women stating that Eric pistol-whipped a man just an hour before he shot Nipsey in front of the Marathon Clothing Store.
According to the women’s reports, Eric Holder lived in the same apartment building as the attack victim, and occasionally smoked marijuana with him. Eric accused the man of selling him weed laced with another drug, while he maintains he got it straight from a dispensary. During the heated exchange, Eric allegedly pistol-whipped the man. He also says that Eric exhibited erratic, nervous behavior, such as this, as written in the statement:
“[Eric Holder] was breathing very heavily and appeared very excited and very agitated…[he was] shaking and looked very nervous.”
The incident, reportedly, took place around 2PM PST, with the shooting of Nipsey Hussle happening at 3PM PST. Eric could, potentially, use the excuse that he was unknowingly drugged to defend himself in the murder case.

Meanwhile, Eric Holder has yet to find another attorney. His original attorney, Chris Darden, withdrew from the case after he and his family received death threats for defending Nipsey’s alleged murderer.

The next preliminary hearing is set for Jun 12th.
