Rick Ross’ Baby Mama Evicted From Store, Owes Back Rent

The mother of Rick Ross’ 17-year-old daughter is reportedly facing eviction from her South Florida storefront. It once housed her boutique Instatiques in Pine City Center in Pembroke Pines until a judge, Raag Singhal, found Lastonia Levinston in default for back payments. In fact, he said she hadn’t made any payments at all, according to BOSSIP.

Levinston’s failure to pay was brought to light after the TA Pines Center sued her in February. Back then, it said she agreed to the monthly rent of $26,756 when she signed the contract in December. Levinston owed $55,224.33 by the time the lawsuit was filed as the landlord demanded back rent and interest.

The judge actually ruled against Levinston when she failed to respond to the lawsuit. She opened the company in 2017.

She also made headlines in 2017, when she won a multi-million dollar lawsuit against 50 Cent.

In that case, a judge awarded her $7 million amid her claims that he leaked inappropriate images of her to get back at his then rival Rick Ross roughly 10 years ago.

Ross and Levinston have daughter, Toie, together.
