LaLa To Carmelo Anthony: Love You Always

After being estranged for a period of time, LaLa Anthony and husband Carmelo Anthony recently reconciled—and things must be going very well for the couple, based on LaLa’s heartfelt birthday message to Carmelo she recently posted on social media.

LaLa and Carmelo Anthony reconciled last fall after a period of estrangement following widespread rumors that the NBA star allegedly fathered a child with another woman. Things appear to be going good for the couple these days, especially if you take LaLa’s recent birthday message to Carmelo into consideration, in which she points out a list of his best qualities—both as an NBA player and as a husband.

In a lengthy message posted to her Instagram page, LaLa didn’t hold anything back when it came to celebrating her man:

“No matter how much you’ve been “blamed” “overlooked” “underestimated” “scapegoated” “blame it on Melo” (you see how that turned out right?) regardless of all of the things “they” say. You’ve stayed solid. You’ve never lashed out. You’ve never even spoken a single bad word. You stay humble. You stay in the gym 24/7. A lot of people could learn from you bcuz by now most would have been broken down. Happy Birthday to a real one. Don’t count him out just yet..theres more to come. Happy Birthday @carmeloanthony…love you always. #stayme7o”

LaLa and Carmelo were married in 2010 and share 12-year-old son, Kiyan. We also want to wish Carmelo a happy birthday!
