Chance The Rapper Reveals His Aunt Found Kidney Donor – I Serve A Promising God!
Awesome news for Chance The Rapper! This week, Chance (real name Chancelor Bennett), 26, announced that his Aunt Toni who has been battling a serious health issue with her kidney, has officially found a donor. The Chicago rapper took to Twitter to give a quick update as he is preparing the release of his next album in July. He writes:
“I know I’m supposed to be promoting this preorder but today my auntie Toni found a perfect match kidney donor and I just gotta say I serve a promise keeping God! THANK YOU JESUS.”

The great news comes at the perfect time as the Bennett family can breathe a sigh of relief after searching for more than a month.
As previously reported, Chance’s family had been in search as they exhausted all options and had been on a wait list for years.

In May, Chance first revealed his Aunt’s heath condition when he asked the public for prayers while also sharing that his aunt’s blood type is O positive for anyone who is a match. He tweeted:
“I really need help. My Auntie Toni is one of the strongest forces in my life, and she is in dire need of a kidney. We have exhausted all options and have been wait listed for years. My family believes in the power of prayer and we give this problem up to God.”
