Cardi B Says She Loves Money Too Much To Pay For Headlining Own Tour, Makes More Than $10 Million This Summer For Festival & Independent Performances
Cardi B’s rap career has defied all odds and haters, but don’t hold your breath waiting for her to announce her own tour. She said it costs way too much money to do that, and she’s fine with what she’s bringing in for performances during festivals and other tours.
In an Instagram post she has since deleted, Cardi said,
“I find it so funny that people that ARE NOT FANS have the biggest concerns on why haven’t I done a tour. Welp because here you go, let me break it down for you. Let’s say if I go on tour and I do 600K a night right… sounds good but let’s get in the touring business shall we? Stage production gotta be massive since the fans pay massive so just on stage and production, I will have to put about 450K maybe more a night since you know Bardigang deserve everything. Don’t forget, outfit, makeup, hair, I’ll be left with like 150k a night.”

She added,
“Now why would I do that now when I can go on tour on my second album while I get festival and independent Cardi concerts. Money??? Mhhhhhmmmmmm… You see ya might think I’m dumb cause my attitude or the way I think but one thing bout Bardi I loveeeee money and I know how to make it …I hope I answer ya question …Thank you. Just stop it already.”
As for what she’s getting now for her appearances, she posted and deleted that too. It equals up to more than 10 million this summer.

In the U.S., she was guaranteed $300,000 for a performance at Palms Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, $400,000 for Bonnaroo in Manchester, TN, $500,000 for BET Experience in L.A., and $350,000 for the XO Cruise in Miami. This was for last month alone.
