Lashana Lynch Will Be The 1st Black Person & Female To Play 007 In Bond 25
Lashana Lynch is reportedly the new 007! If true, this will make Lynch not only the first black person, but the first female to be cast in the role.
Lynch will make her debut in an upcoming Bond film, where the current 007, actor Daniel Craig will pass the torch to her as James Bond.

In the movie, Lynch arrives as anew secret agent after Bond announces his retirement. But the movie gets a shakeup when he’s asked to report back to assist with a new problem. One source close to the movie said,
“There is a pivotal scene at the start of the film where M says ‘Come in 007’, and in walks Lashana who is black, beautiful and a woman. It’s a popcorn-dropping moment. Bond is still Bond, but he’s been replaced as 007 by this stunning woman.”
They added that Bond is
“sexually attracted to the new female 007 and tries his usual seduction tricks,”
but is
“baffled when they don’t work.”
The source continued and said this is a major moment for women during the #MeToo era.
“This is a Bond for the modern era who will appeal to a younger generation while sticking true to what we all expect in a Bond film. There are spectacular chase sequences and fights, and Bond is still Bond but he’s having to learn to deal with the world of #MeToo.”
Lynch hasn’t confirmed the news, but she’s shared footage and photos from the set.
