Chris Rock Posts Betty White Meme About Mass Shootings, Garners Mixed Reactions
In the heat of back-to-back mass shooting tragedies over the weekend, Chris Rock shared a viral meme featuring Betty White. The meme makes a play on White’s name, and says,
“The first thing people say when a mass shooting is announced… Betty White.”

Fans had mixed reactions in response to it.

Rock also took a more serious stance and pointed out the death of Eric Garner, who was accused of selling cigarettes, and how police treated the suspect accused of killing more than 20 people in an El Paso, TX Walmart Saturday.
