Several social media users to her comments to send their love including singers Adrienne Bailon, Erica Campbell, actress Tichina Arnold, and Tasha Smith.

LaShawn was the victim of a fatal car accident in South Carolina. His family has released the following statement regarding his private memorial service:
Thank you so much for the worldwide support and outpouring of love and prayers for the loss of our beloved LaShawn. Words cannot express how it has lifted us in our time of sorrow.
We know there have been so many people who have felt LaShawn’s impact, and want to share in remembering him, but out of respect for our family, LaShawn’s memorial service is Private and by the family’s invitation only. This is a solemn time for our immediate family and we wish to keep it personal.
To ensure the privacy and sensitive nature of the occasion, no media will be in attendance and only invited guests will be included on a list managed by trusted individuals.
In addition, April announced the family is accepting donations for a memorial fund. See the announcement below:

Daniels was best known for his collaborations with the music producer Darkchild, with songwriting credits on R&B classics including Brandy and Monica’s “The Boy Is Mine”, “Lose My Breath” by Destiny’s Child, “Telephone” by Lady Gaga and Beyoncé, “If You Had My Love” by Jennifer Lopez and “It’s Not Right But It’s Okay” by Whitney Houston.
