EXCLUSIVE: Vivica A. Fox, Rotimi & Jeremy Meeks Cast In “True to the Game 2” Movie
theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports, Vivica A. Fox, Rotimi and Jeremy Meeks have been cast in the upcoming “True To The Game 2” movie.
theJasmineBRAND broke the story in 2018, that a sequel was in the works.
The original film was a drama and thriller directed by Preston A. Whitmore II, executive produced by Manny Halley and starred ColumbusShort, Erica Peeples, Andra Fuller, Vivica A. Fox, Nelsan Ellis and Jennifer Freeman. It was based on Teri Woods’ novel of the same name.
Sources tell us that Vivica, who has had a recurring role on “Empire” over the past few seasons, will revisit her original role as Shoog.
“Power” co-star Rotimi has also been cast in the film. Most recently, he’s been cast in the “Coming To America” sequel starring Eddie Murphy.
Jeremy Meeks has also been cast. Jeremy first came to prominence after police posted his mug shot on Facebook and it went viral. Referred to as ‘Prison Bae’, he now models and is pursuing acting full time. This film is his first on-screen role.
