Tekashi 6ix9ine Thinks People Will Forget About Him Being A ‘Snitch’, Says Rappers Who Criticize Him Are Jealous
Tekashi 6ix9ine reportedly isn’t phased about being labeled a snitch. Tekashi, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, made headlines as he testified against his former gang members in a federal case earlier this month. Tekashi was facing racketeering and weapons charges with them, but reportedly got a deal for taking the stand and revealing all the ins and outs of how the Nine Trey Bloods gang operated.
Now that his testimony is over, sources have said he not only thinks people will forget about his controversial move but that he’ll be even more popular when he’s released from prison, which could be as early as next year.
He reportedly believes this will make him even richer and more famous.
He also is said to be convinced that any rapper who has an issue with him snitching is jealous and afraid that once he starts making music again, he’ll become even better than they are.
Rappers like 50 Cent, The Game, Meek Mill, Jim Jones, and Snoop Dogg have been vocal about their thoughts on Tekashi snitching.
Cardi B also posted the video below after Tekashi claimed that they were in the same gang.
As for the latest in his case, Tekashi was looking at 47 years to life behind bars, but that could be cut down thanks to his testimony. His sentencing is scheduled for January 2020.
But even if he doesn’t go to jail, Tekashi has reportedly said he doesn’t want to go into witness protection, and instead wants to make music and keep his celebrity status.
