Mathew Knowles Announces Never Released Album From Pre-Destiny’s Child Group, Girl’s Tyme
Mathew Knowles Announces Never Released Girl’s Tyme Album
Before there was Destiny’s Child, there was Girl’s Tyme.
And fans will get to hear that soon, according to former Destiny’s Child manager Mathew Knowles.
He posted a video of the members of Girl’s Tyme, Kelly Rowland, Letoya Luckett, LaTavia Roberson and his daughter Beyonce, who we all know has had a mega-successful solo career and announced an upcoming album on streaming platforms.
Girl’s Tyme eventually turned into Destiny’s Child with hit songs “Bug A Boo” and “Bills, Bills, Bills.”
Destiny’s Child then had one of the biggest shakeups in music history when Roberson and Luckett were replaced with Michelle Williams and Farrah Franklin, who didn’t last long in the group, in 2000.
Now, it’s known as the trio of Williams, Rowland and Beyonce.
