Phaedra Parks to Represent Former Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed in Divorce
Phaedra Parks is dusting off her attorney chops for a high profile split in the peach state. The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum is set to represent Atlanta’s former mayor, Kasim Reed, in his divorce from 2005 Miss District of Columbia, Sarah Elizabeth Langford-Reed, according to Bossip.

Kasim Reed is up against hefty demands from his ex-wife. The couple filed in September of this year, with Bossip citing Sarah’s requests for primary custody of their five-year-old, Maria; child support; evenly split assets; and for Kasim to take on any debt they accumulated during their marriage. In her initial filing, she called their union:
“…irretrievably broken [with] no hope for reconciliation.”
Phaedra Parks could be considered the perfect choice to represent Mayor Kasim Reed, considering her lengthy career as an attorney, and experience with celebrity clients – such as Bobby Brown. She also knows a thing or two about divorce, considering her public divorce from husband, Apollo Nida.

Kasim Reed and Sarah Elizabeth Langford-Reed had been married since 2014.
