R. Kelly’s Lawyer Blasts His Girlfriend Joycelyn Savage ‘It Wasn’t Until The Money Ran Out That She Decided Anything Was Wrong’
R. Kelly’s lawyer has spoken out after one of the singer’s live-in girlfriends, Joycelyn Savage, called him out in a telling blog post.
Steve Greenberg took to Twitter shortly after Joycelyn Savage detailed what she said was her truth about being with R. Kelly.

His tweets, which have since been deleted, are in response to Joycelyn Savage’s claims about the singer, who’s currently in jail awaiting his 2020 trial on several charges like child pornography and obstruction of justice.
Joycelyn Savage wrote Saturday (Nov. 23) that R. Kelly often promised her,
“Baby girl you are going to be the next Aaliyah.”
But she alleged things got extremely bad shortly after moving in with her.
“After these couple of months Robert started giving me commands, and making sure I call him by certain names. Like ‘Master’ or ‘Daddy’ which I didn’t really care for at the time. If I wasn’t getting paid or pursuing my dream I would’ve went home, but all of that didn’t stop just yet. But It started getting worse by day by day, he would raise his voice at me if I didn’t call him by those two names. If Robert called me I would have to reply with ‘Yes, daddy’ or ‘Please daddy’ he was so controlling.”
This is her first time speaking out after returning to social media after two years. She said she’ll be posting more via her partnership, but subscribers have to pay to read the content.
