“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kenya Moore received a Christmas miracle this year! She has finally come in contact with her estranged mother. In previous seasons of the hit reality show, Kenya Moore has shared that her teenaged mother gave her up at birth, leaving her to be raised by her grandmother and father. In season eight, Bravo showed Kenya confronting her mother at her doorstep, only to be turned away.

However, things changed when Kenya’s baby girl, Brooklyn Daly, turned one. Kenya says that just as she gave up hope on reuniting with her mother, she reached out to her with a sweet message for Baby Brooklyn:

“@thekenyamoore My prayer has always been to have a family. We had a late celebration for @thebrooklyndaly for her birthday and got a surprise of a lifetime.”

She continued:

“My mother sent her a gift for her. I had stopped praying about our relationship but God sent a message through my child. This is life. And despite challenges God is always on time. Happy Holidays #love #family #Forgiveness #miraclebaby #healing”

Kenya’s mother appeared to have sent her granddaughter a sweet card, and a set of adorable holiday outfits!
