Trey Songz Facing $10 Million Lawsuit, Woman Claims He Allegedly ‘Forcefully Placed His Hand Under Her Dress Without Her Consent’
A Georgia woman, identified as Jane Doe, is calling out Trey Songz, whose real name is Tremaine Neverson, for an alleged sexual assault, and it could cost him more than $10 million.
The suit says, according to The Blast:
“This is a lawsuit arising from a sexual assault and battery committed by NEVERSON upon JANE DOE while the two were partying at the E11even Miami night club (“E11even”) on January 1, 2018. This suit is based on claims of Assault, Battery, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, and Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress. Plaintiff is seeking more than Ten Million dollars ($10,000,000.00) in damages.”
The woman claimed that Trey Songz allegedly invited her to a club and they hung out at New Year’s Eve together at none other than music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs’s house. She alleges that she was escorted to VIP at the nightclub, and claims that’s where Trey Songz allegedly
“sexually assaulted and battered JANE DOE by proceeding to forcefully place his hand under her dress, without her consent, and attempting to insert his fingers into JANE DOE’S vagina without her consent or permission.”
The lawsuit adds that there was another alleged victim that night.
“Shortly after the incident with NEVERSON at E11even JANE DOE discovered that she was not NEVERSON’S only victim at E11even, as another female who was in attendance at the nightclub with the group confided to JANE DOE that NEVERSON had also put his hands down her pants and had placed his fingers into her buttocks without her consent earlier that same night.”
It continues,
“NEVERSON intentionally created an offer of bodily injury to Plaintiff by force under circumstances that created a well-founded fear of imminent peril in PLAINTIFF and NEVERSON had the present ability to effectuate his attempts to produce bodily injury towards PLAINTIFF when he reached under her skirt and attempted to insert his fingers into her vagina.”
The $10 million lawsuit is for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
This lawsuit comes more than one year after another woman sued him for alleged assault as well.
Andrea Buera filed the lawsuit in August 2018 after her alleged encounter with the singer in February 2018.
She said in her lawsuit that the singer allegedly,
“called [Buera] names, choked her, and repeatedly punched her in the face.”
The alleged incident took place in a Hollywood Hills home. He was arrested for a felony domestic charge in March 2018 and later took to Twitter to deny the claims.
He wrote,
“For weeks my lawyers & Mgmt have asked me not to comment on this and I initially agreed but this morning I feel that my fam, the women that raised me, my friends & fans especially the youth need to hear from me. I am being lied on and falsely accused for someone’s personal gain”

She ultimately dismissed the case with prejudice, according to The Blast, so she can’t file the charges again.
