Lori Harvey Reportedly Outsmarted A Man Who Tried To Steal Her 2020 Rolls Royce

Who knew Lori Harvey had it in her?

The stepdaughter of Steve Harvey reportedly overcome an attempted carjacker, according to TMZ Saturday (Feb. 8).

Lori Harvey, who is also dating rapper Future, was said to have just arrived at an Atlanta apartment complex Wednesday (Feb. 5) when she went to go get items out of the trunk of her 2020 Rolls Royce. A mystery man then allegedly hopped in the driver’s seat.

Lori Harvey reportedly told police that she sprang into action and tried to get the suspect, described as a young black man, out of her car. While he pushed her off, Lori Harvey said she tried another strategy when she realized he couldn’t get far without the key fob, which she still had in her possession.

But as she was walking away, a second guy reportedly pulled up, went to the back of her car and swiped a red duffel bag before he and the first suspect drove away. Fortunately, the duffel bag only had clothes in it.

Lori Harvey said she was leaving Whole Foods before she went to the apartment complex. Police are investigating surveillance cameras to see if there’s any footage of the suspects following her into the parking lot.

Meanwhile, Lori Harvey is facing charges for another incident involving her car. She was charged with two misdemeanors after she allegedly struck a parked car and then fled from the scene.

Beverly Hills police told E! News, 

“When police arrived, the driver of the sedan had left the scene of the collision. The driver, determined to be Lori Harvey, was ultimately contacted by police in the area. Due to the fact that Harvey left the scene of the collision without providing her information or contacting police as required by law, and caused a delayed in the police investigation, she was cited for misdemeanor hit and run and obstructing/delaying a police office.”

She could spend a year behind bars.
