Nicki Minaj is laughing off all the negative attention her husband Kenneth Petty has been receiving in the media.

She took to Instagram to address it and reminded fans that he doesn’t have social media, so he doesn’t see all of the hate.

She wrote Thursday (Feb. 27),

“Rappers would kill for this attention chile. Lol at night when we go to bed I say “babe u was all over the blogs today”. He be like “oh word?”  he rlly don’t have social media to see y’all write think pieces about him chile. ?? AND AH LIKE IT LIKE IT LIKE THISSSSSSS. JUS LIKE THIS ????????”

Nicki Minaj also headed to Twitter to share her thoughts and responded to a video of Kenneth Petty seeming to push someone’s arm away from Nicki Minaj while they were at Trinidad Carnival.

“My husband be all over the blogs & he don’t even know it. No social media to see y’all talk about him more than y’all talk bout these rappers dats out here doin the most for y’all attention. Chile lemme go suck his d*** cuz I could never comment on a regular man this much.”

She added,

“Ppl get so mad when they see u happy. Just laugh & keep it pushin. Life is beautiful.”

She reportedly later apologized and wrote,

“Oh gawd. Allyuh like s*** eh? I go cuz all yuh real fkn stink yuh know? He don’t understand anything about our culture. I apologize on his behalf. He’s always in security mode. All love. Love my country to death. Love my ppl to death. Period … I should’ve told him it’s a very comfortable family atmosphere. He’s never been to a carnival in his life. Not even in Brooklyn babe.”

Still, she made it clear she’s Team Kenneth in her latest posts.
