With most Americans under shelter-in-place orders, people have more time to put things in a new perspective. After 15 years of tense beef, platinum rap stars French Montana and Jim Jones have ended their drama! On Thursday’s (April 16) edition of French Montana‘s Instagram show, ‘Cocaine City Live’ the two rap vets had a moment for the hip hop culture.
French Montana first teased that something was coming from the two on Tuesday (April 14).

He seemed to have regrets over how long their feud lasted and said during the podcast,
“If there’s anybody out there watching from the young n****s, man, learn from this,”
Jim Jones, who recently returned to “Love and Hip Hop: New York” with his longtime partner Chrissy Lampkin had thoughts on artists feuding during the COVID-19.
“Don’t waste 15 years in the game when y’all could have been getting all kinds of bags together…There’s a lot of foolish beefs and foolish shootings and there’s a lot going on right now with everybody cooped up in the house.”
As for the earlier days of their feud, Jim Jones recalled when French Montana snuck into an MTV award show years ago by himself and proceeded to give Jim the middle finger. He was heated, but his fellow Dipset rapper Juelz Santana tried to diffuse the situation by telling Jim to leave French alone. Now, the pair is able to laugh off the incident.
The rapper promptly released a new single called “That’s A Fact” is out now.

The two hitmakers may even have a collaboration in the near future.
“I can’t wait for ya’ll to hear this. We gotta do something big for Rockaway, we gotta put Rockaway on the map.”
