Kim Kardashian Offers To Pay Medical Bills For Minneapolis Protester Disfigured By Police’s Rubber Bullets
Kim Kardashian West is back to using her powers for good in light of the surge of Black Lives Matter protests. A graphic image of a high school student with extensive facial injuries went viral yesterday (6/1/20). The caption details that she sustained these injuries during a peaceful protest turned violent in Minneapolis. It reads:
“A rubber bullet fired by cops forever disfigures this teenage high school girl at a PEACEFUL Minneapolis protest yesterday. A bloody chunk of her forehead fell off. She was shot at point blank.”

Reality star turned law school student, Kim Kardashian West, immediately offered to fund the protester’s medical bills. Kim tweeted:
“This is heartbreaking and so disturbing.”

She continued:
“Does anyone know how I can get in contact with her? I would love to help her with her medical care if she needs it.”
Kim Kardashian West entered the world of criminal justice reform when she learned of Alice Marie Johnson‘s case in 2018. After serving decades of her life in a Tennessee prison for non-violent drug crimes, KKW urged the governor to pardon the grandmother.
Alice Marie Johnson was freed in the summer of 2018 and met Kim for the first time on The Today Show.
