Terry Crews Faces Backlash Over New Black Lives Matter Remarks
Terry Crews has been trending all month long, after several tweets of his, on racial injustices have been criticized by some members of the black community. Today (June 30th), he found himself trending again, after a recent tweet about the Black Lives Matter movement. He wrote,
“We must ensure #blacklivesmatter doesn’t morph into #blacklivesbetter.”

Now social media users are slamming the actor, accusing him of distorting the purpose of the Black Lives Matter movement. TV Host, and comedian Amanda Seales dropped her comments off under his post, calling the tweet, “unintellectual, and irresponsible,

Comedian D. L. Hughley and other users also disagreed with Terry’s comments,



Earlier this month, Terry Crews was under fire for a recent tweet about defeating white supremacy. On Sunday (June 7th), the actor and TV host tweeted:
“Defeating White supremacy without White people creates Black supremacy. Equality is the truth. Like it or not, we are all in this together.”
He also wrote:
“Any Black person who calls me a coon or and Uncle Tom for promoting EQUALITY is a Black Supremist [sic], because they have determined who’s Black and who is not.”

After he began trending on Twitter he responded to a few comments saying,
