‘The Office’ Actor Leslie David Baker Launches Kickstarter For Stanley Spin-Off
Leslie David Baker, best known for his fictional role as Stanley Hudson in the popular series ‘The Office’, wants to bring back his character in spin-off series entitled ‘Uncle Stan’. In the finale of ‘The Office’ it’s revealed that Stanley Hudson retired from his long-standing job at Dunder Mifflin after 26 years and moved to Florida.
His attempt to bring his character out of retirement is through a kickstarter campaign that was launched. He made the announcement on his Instagram page through a series of videos that seem to be presented in Stanley Hudson’s character.
He continued to post the news while prompting his followers to visit the link in his bio for the kickstarter information. His caption in one video read:
It’s True! I’m really back! Uncle Stan coming soon!
The Kickstarter (Link In Bio) will be going live at 12pm PST. Tomorrow, Thursday (July 2nd) is the big day!
I’m excited to share this project with you!


Fans of Baker showed their excitement for what seems to be his return.

The Uncle Stan “Coming Out Of Retirement” kickstarter has already accumulated thousands of dollars towards the $300,000 monetary goal.
