EXCLUSIVE: Real Housewives Of Atlanta Will Allegedly Start Filming New Season This Month

theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports, Bravo’s hit series The Real Housewives Of Atlanta will allegedly start filming for season 13 this month. According to our sources, details of how production will take place to keep everyone safe amidst the coronavirus pandemic is still being finalized. The reunion for season 12 of RHOA was filmed virtually to help prevent the spread of the virus.

The Real Housewives Of Atlanta initially premiered in 2008 and is the 3rd installment for the Housewives franchise.

Nene Leakes, who is the longest-running cast member for the Atlanta based reality show, was allegedly fired and will not be returning for the upcoming season.

Bravo has released a statement saying that Nene Leakes wasn’t fired.

“There is no truth to Nene being fired and conversations are ongoing.”

However, Nene Leakes seems to disagree with what the Network had to say and posted this subliminal message

Her manager, Steven Grossman, also responded to the firing rumors

“It is absolutely not true that Nene has been fired from RHOA. Furthermore, it was made abundantly clear prior that she will always be welcome on the series as long as she wants to be.”

He continued

“having on-going bigger picture conversations with NBC Universal and have not made any decisions regarding next season specifically. Any speculation or sources trying to create controversy by stating otherwise are incredibly inaccurate. Bloop.”

It looks like season 13 will be filled with some new faces as Eva Marcille announced that she would not be a part of this year’s line-up either.

In an exclusive statement to theJasmineBRAND, she shared:

“I appreciate the bond of friendship that I have made with several of my castmates and the strong personal relationships I have with numerous executives and producers at the Bravo and Truly Entertainment companies.”

She continued

“I am thankful for the opportunity I was provided. However, after speaking with my family and representatives, I believe that what I hope to accomplish for the culture and community will be better served by focusing on other opportunities. I look forward to serving my community on the Rickey Smiley Morning show and finding ways to be a voice during this transformational time in our country for people of color.”
