Princess Love Requests To Dismiss Divorce From Ray J, A Judge Approves

It looks like Princess Love is having a change of heart about divorcing Ray J, just two months after filing.

According to legal documents, Princess Love’s request to dismiss her divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court on July 6th was approved within days.  A rep for the couple says,

“It’s a very difficult time for both Princess and Ray J and we are asking that we just let them have their privacy as they work through and deal with this very trying situation.”

Since the divorce came in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic, Princess Love insisted that Ray J was allowed to see their children after spending a full week in isolation in a hotel near their home.  Weeks later, Ray J says that he was back with his kids, just in time for Melody’s second birthday,

“For us to all spend time together, talk and just be parents, I think a lot of things unfold from that.  That’s a good start for us, just spending time with the kids and making sure that Melody has a great b-day. Through all of that, we can listen and understand each other. Right now we’re just locked in with the parenting. God is good.”

Princess Love deciding to cancel her divorce comes on the heels of her asking a judge to grant her full legal and physical custody of their children.

Things came to a head last fall when she accused him of leaving her and Melody Norwood stranded in Las Vegas, while 8 months pregnant with their son Epik at the time.

Princess Love filed from divorce from her husband Ray J after four years of marriage in May of this year.

The two “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” stars tied the knot in 2016, and share 2-year-old daughter Melody Love and 6-month-old Epik Ray Norwood.
