‘GMA’ Mourns The Loss Of One Of Its Producers, Daisha Riley [Condolences]

Sadly, a Good Morning America producer, Daisha Riley, 35, has unexpectedly passed away, as stated by ‘GMA’ host, Michael Strahan.

In a video montage, Michael Strahan’s voice narrates,

“You might not have known Daisha Riley’s name, but if you’ve watched ‘GMA’ for the past 14 years, trust us, you saw her incredible work because Daisha loved nothing more than telling America a story.”

Michael Strahan continues highlighting some of Daisha Riley’s natural talents and abilities and boasts about a time when Daisha ensured a life-sized throne was present on the set when fellow host, Amy Robach interviewed the cast of Game of Thrones.

Michael Strahan shared the Good Morning America video clip with a message on Twitter:

“Sending love to the family and friends of Daisha Riley.  Rest in peace”

A photo of Daisha displayed on a jumbotron was shared on Good Morning America’s page accompanied by a message,

“Rest in peace, our beautiful friend”

Many Twitter users sent their condolences claiming that even if they didn’t know Daisha personally, they were touched by her work on the show.  Read a few of the reactions below.

On Daisha Riley’s Twitter account, she recently celebrated Juneteenth and retweeted a clip, originally posted by ‘GMA’, stating that she was “proud of this one this morning!!!  Happy Juneteenth!!!
