Wendy Williams Appears To Shade Ex-Husband Kevin Hunter: I’m Not The Only Hunter W/ A Baby Situation

Wendy Williams Appears To Diss Ex-Husband Kevin Hunter: I’m Not The Only Hunter W/ A Baby Situation
The Wendy Williams Show is set to return on September 21, but in the meantime, Wendy Williams is providing the laughs on social media. Not long after it was reported that she and her ex-husband Kevin Hunter had sold their New Jersey mansion, she took to Instagram to share a photo of herself wearing a mask and holding a baby girl, who was said to be a friend’s child, in her arms while inside of a vehicle. She captioned the photo:
“Look @ me with my baby girl. I’m not the only Hunter with a baby situation.”

The caption appears to reference Kevin Hunter having a baby with the mistress he had reportedly been with for more than 10 years during his marriage to Wendy Williams. News of the love child resulted in the Daytime Emmy-nominated talk show host filing for divorce in April 2019. The proceedings were finalized in January. At the time of the divorce filing, Kevin Hunter released a statement and said:
“I have dedicated most of our lives to the business empire that is Wendy Williams Hunter, a person that I truly love and respect unconditionally. I am not proud of my recent actions and take full accountability and apologize to my wife, my family and her amazing fans. I am going through a time of self-reflection and am trying to right some wrongs.”
He continued,
“No matter what the outcome is or what the future holds, we are still The Hunter Family and I will continue to work with and fully support my wife in this business and through any and all obstacles she may face living her new life of sobriety, while I also work on mine. I ask that you please give me and my family privacy as we heal. Thank you.”
Commenters on the post called out Wendy Williams‘ alleged shade.
