Kris Jenner Sells Her Hidden Hills Home For $15 Million Cash To Heiress
Kris Jenner has made yet, another power move. This time selling her home located in Hidden Hills, CA–an intimate, private community located next to the city of Calabasas, for $15 million dollars (cash) after paying just under $10 million for the home three years ago.
The famous manager and reality star mom to the Kardashians/Jenners, kept the sale within close quarters, though. The off-market sale was made to buyer Katharina Harf, the younger daughter of Coty chairman and CEO Peter Harf, whose company last year acquired Kylie Jenner‘s cosmetics brand for $600 million in cash.
The home features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms with over 9,459 square feet.
Kris Jenner owns multiple properties including three condos in Calabasas, a $12 million desert getaway home in La Quinta and a mansion on Hidden Hills.
The Hidden Hills home is said to be located across from Kim Kardashian’s and Kanye West’s mansion.
Kris Jenner’s new homeowner of the house, Katherina Harf, is the Co-Founder of DKMS, an international nonprofit organization dedicated to the fight against blood cancer and blood disorders. The organization was started by her father, Dr. Peter Harf, when he lost his wife Mechtild to Leukemia.
